On January 18, 2001 Industry Canada adopted Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) procedures for terminal equipment. Below are the new documents used for filing under the new process. For more information see declaration.pdf

UPDATE: Also per Section 7.2 of procedure DC-01 customers are again required to have a Candian contact for filing a registration.
